Donkey and Dinner

What another fun filled fabulous day.

We found the donkey costume that Adrienne had made for Megan... I didn't think it would fit Torin for another year but that didn't matter.  She ee-awed up and down the corridor and shook her tail booty.  We called the Evetts for a 'show and tell' which meant 20 minutes of laughter.  Especially when the donkey started to cock-a-doodle-do.  The bunny outfit also got a brief outing but the donkey was the favorite

So, I took a donkey to the store to do some shopping.

This afternoon was a pot-luck Sunday with friends.  Again, lots of fun.  It rained an hour before everyone came but we had just enough dryness to get most of the event outside, though it got a little chilly towards the end.  Well, it is April!  The girls decided to dress as princesses, luckily I had enough outfits for the boys to join in too.  

I had my first bison burger, which was very tasty and lots of good food and great company.  Torin got  a bit overwhelmed towards the end, but that just means we had fun.

Now to fold nappies and clothes for the week ahead... the life of a mum. Wouldn't change it x
