So Roh's middle big sister - Jay - is getting married next June. Checking out the a certain flight website, there are 3 days when flights are between $150 and $500 cheaper so we decided to book for the 3 of us today. Given how expensive it was when we flew home last year, it just seemed like a good idea. And it's one less thing to worry about :)
I have flight points, so that's my flight and baby's for free. Oh, but don't forget the $600 tax and $31 booking fee. Why can't they just take more points. Still, it all adds up (positive and negative).
Then we have a flight credit for Roh from last year, which quickly dwindled from $700 to about $400 between the jigs and the reels, oh and the flight was $30 more expensive on the phone (necessary with the credit) and another booking fee... but we should get a $70 refund on our credit card (whoop).
Flight tax, fuel surchage, extra costs - why is it all so difficult?
Still, we're coming home for 3 weeks at the start of June, which will be fab.
