Sears Sucks

Sorry, but it does. I was really impressed with the local customer service and our sales guy was great but to spend $xxxx on furniture (plus tax), only to be told there's an additional $50 cost for delivery is just rude. Really rude and apparently it's company policy so my complaint just gets thrown in the bin. Hey ho, thank goodness for blogs :)
