Every day's a new experience

It's been a fun month. Yes, another month and I'm behind on my blog.

Roger left Edmonton this month. He and Roh interviewed on the same day nearly 3 years ago and started the same week. They've been good friends and will continue to be.

What is so memorable is that every time Roger would go to leave the room, Torin would start wailing. When he came back she'd smile. It was very very weird. And kinda cool...

Also of note (I'm not bragging, honest) is Torin's first attempt at a word. She'd been saying the 'mu' sound since the weekend, when Roh poo-poohed the idea that she was saying mum. Today he went to get her out of her bed and he confirms there was a definite 'mu-mum?'. Yay! Nothing at all to do with me, I say daddy a lot more than I say mummy. Hee hee.
