While you're all clearly very excited about the snow that's been falling I was faced with a trip to Vancouver this week with newspaper headings about 'earthquake tremors on Vancouver Island dying down early'. I wasn't sure exactly how to take this news but got on the plane anyway and headed off to B.C. on Tuesday morning, leaving Roh and the cats to fend for themselves again (not that this seems to be a problem).
It was very reminiscent of the UK in November - no daylight, very wet and very green so I'm hoping for a full day of sun tomorrow now I'm back in Edmonton. Going from +11 degrees to -17 was a bit of a shock though!
