Mum decided that we had to go for a walk on Christmas day so we set out in search of the park. Luckily it wasn't too far to walk, given how cold it was. At least Leah's needs for 'park' and 'swing' will be catered for when she comes to visit!
Both cats are doing well and seem more tolerant of being shut in as time has gone on. Indy will gamely run up to the garage door whenever one of us gets home, but doesn't go any further when he feels how cold it is outside. Bracken just peers out from the safety of the hall stairs.
On Sunday it was so warm inside and sunny outside that we discussed letting them out to play in the road (ice rink). Having checked the weather report (-15) we swiftly changed our minds. I'm sure they'd thank us if they knew.
