So, on Thursday Torin finally learnt to sit up on her own without needing major support for her back. It's the greatest thing in the world, for all of us. She can sit on her own playing with toys, practicing her new skill and I get free hands :)
We've (I've) spent the past week trying to implement a bed time for Torin - so at 8pm we either have a massage with mummy or a bath with daddy. Followed by a snack in our room and bed time. Tonight Roh and I were clearly not picking up on Torin's cues to go to bed a little earlier. I tried to feed her in the lounge and she just wasn't having it. So we tried putting her into her PJ's and we went to the bedroom... all of a sudden I was able to feed her. I guess she knows what bedtime is now. What a star! Now we just have to eliminate the 3 feeds she needs every hour until 11.
