You're Staying Where?

I was a bit confused, as I checked into my hotel room, to be handed a piece of paper about 'Themed Rooms'. Maybe it was somthing I could visit, I mused, as I headed into the lift. I was intrigued to see that rooms were 'for couples, extra visitors were $50 per person'. What was I getting myself into?

As you can see, I was in for a bit of a shock. Sadly, I was in Winnipeg and flying Roh out to join me wasn't going to happen.

The Chaise 'Long' and bed head were fake plastic snake skin effect. If you can't make out the picture in the background, it's a woman in stiletto's walking down a man's naked torso.

And finally, the heart shaped red hot-tub, for two.

Visits to Winnipeg will never be the same? Where was this love haven I hear you ask? The Quality Inn... I'd chosen the week of the curling championships to visit Winnipeg so it was all that was left. We had no idea when it was booked. Will I ask for it again... we'll have to see ;o)
