Heading home again

Our second day started early, with another trip to Raven Adventures. This time we were off animal spotting. Having seen wolf track the day before, Roh was very excited about today's prospects. Unfortunately it wasn't to be, but a combination of fantastic scenery, a great guide (Chris) and some local beasties, we did have a good time. It also gave mum another opportunity to have a kip.

I am impressed with my point and click camera - ok there were times when I grabbed Roh's very posh Nikkon, but the Cannon does a really good job and it's much easier to carry around :D

These are wild Wapiti - meaning white rump. Of course at that point Roh grins evilly as he considers yet another stupid name for the baby...

For lunch we decided on an easy trip to Earls - we know it, we like it etc. The food was good, the added service charge of 15% because we were 'international visitors' wasn't so good. But that's a story for another day.

And then home again on the snow train. This time we were about 30 minutes early. Our poor cab driver had never been to the station (or been on a train) and just expected a few folks to disembark. There were over a 100 of us so luckily I recognised him from the last time. So home to bed...
