I have received a cheque from you which is payable to Mrs Gilliananne Tubb. Mrs Gilliananne Tubb is an amalgamation of my married name (Mrs), my first two names (Gillian & Anne) and my maiden name (Tubb). Unfortunately, as it stands, I will not be able to pay this cheque in to my bank as Mrs Gilliananne Tubb does not exist. A new cheque, payable to Mrs Gillian Knuckey, would be appreciated.
