Through My Window

Which window shall we look through today children?

Pictures taken on 17 March, 24 March and 31 March

Well, it's always the rectangular window out the back but in 2 weeks we've gone from sparkling white snow to dirty brown grass. That said, I still think Edmonton is beautiful when the sun shines, and I just have to ignore Rohan moaning that he has to clean his car again. We had a minor panic yesterday moring with a brief white out that re-covered 1/2 the garden, but all is well again and the snow retreats.

Actually, yesterday morning was a bit fraught in general. I turned up for my wedding 'cut and colour' to find out my trusty hairdresser was off sick. I was kindly offered another hairdresser and then a brown paper bag to stop me hyperventilating :) All is good, mum will arrive on time on Thursday and then I shall tootle up to downtown and have another go.

In comparison, today was a relaxing wake up. Having had my morning returned to me yesterday, Rohan and I got a lot of last minute wedding bits sorted. Today he is being a * and hoovering/ steaming the carpet (thanks for the mice Indy!) while I catch up on final bits for my evening class. Two exams passed though a minor re-write on my management report.

Actually, Indy is incredibly unpopular right now, having caused me to have two showers - he decided to pee on my sweater that I'd left on the floor. Unfortunately it was 1/2 on before I realised it was sodden :( For those mums and dads out there, yes, I know this is part and parcel of life with kids - but we haven't made that leap just yet!
