I had never really considered the true meaning of this phrase until this morning, when we were greeted with a full blown blizzard at the front door. Roh braved his way into work, whereas I had cunningly brought my laptop home last night, just in case the weather warning was correct.
Sitting in the lounge, looking out the back door it was hard to imagine any snow was actually falling, it all looked like it was just being blown around and around. I guess the wind was in the wrong direction because there was a good 4+ inches out the front door!
Roh decided I needed some exercise when he got home so I joined him to clear the drive. I was wearing two pairs of gloves and still had to go inside after about 10 minutes as I couldn't feel my fingers.
Countdown to exams is 4 days :(
